PARKING: Free street parking in the surrounding area.
FOOD & BEVERAGE: Food, soft drinks, ice, and coffee are always provided at our events and its complimentary
ALCOHOL: This Venue DOES NOT sell alcohol but you may B.Y.O.B. anything you want. The venue has a large refrigerator to chill your drinks. You must be age 21+ or older to attend as this B.Y.O.B. event. –Please drink responsibly. We will not tolerate rude / obnoxious / drunken behavior. Any guest who violates this rule will be asked to LEAVE IMMEDIATELY and will be black-listed / banned from attending any future parties / events! ---NO SMOKING INDOORS –You may smoke outdoors in designated area(s).
–NO REFUNDS for ANY reason including "no-shows"; ONLY a credit to a future event (of equal value or credit will be applied towards the purchase of a higher value party-pass) will be granted if we cancel the event or postpone it to another date.
